n/s rear footwell

If the car has a sunroof my favourite would be:
Blocked sunroof drains.
Or could be:
Rust hole(s) at the bottom of the rear wheel arch.

I'm not completely perfect.......there are some bits missing or broken.
But the weather here helps!!!

Each side of an E30 floorpan has a 90mm round hole in it directly under each front seat. These holes are blocked by metal plates with three lugs on them which twist lock into the holes.
The plates come loose, usually because one of the lugs rusts off, and you get water in the rear footwells.

If I'm having a welding session on an E30, I just weld plates over the holes.
Ill Ring the local dealers and seeI if not the welder is coming out Cheers Lad!Brianmoooore wrote:Probably can get new plates from the dealer and seal them in, but I haven't checked the ETK.feens wrote:Ive the same problem whats the best way to fix this cheers Brian
