318is timing again !!help!! (pics added)

ok guys can ne1 show me where to align these timing marks & how to lock the cams






also does ne1 know how to remove the bottom timing cover

keggy ideally you want the bmw tool for locking the cams, which locks the square bits on the end of the cams. put a straight edge on them and you can make sure they're just about aligned, with the lobes on one pointing towards each other, arrows on sprockets pointing up etc.

Ideally you unbolt it whilst it's in the car......... you will need to lock up the crankshaft, and get a damn long breaker bar on there, best of luck!

no ive got the pulley off already its wots behind it that i dont know how to remove
