overheating 320 again

my cabs overheating i thought it was the head gasket but was told to try the fan clutch by trying to stop it once warmed up so i did and it stops easly also the bottom hose is no getting warm is this normal any body got any ideas

if i start it up and leave to idle it takes about 5 mins,if i drive it take about 2 mins

sounds like a thermostat problem if the bottom hose is not getting warm. Thermostat is Ԛ£24 from the stealers, less from GSF. But the fan viscous clutch sounds like it could be dodgy too if it is easily stopped when the vehicle is warm. I would investigate these items further. If it is warming up very quickly I would avoid using the car as you may end up with a cracked head if you let it cook.
Also it could be a knackered radiator. I don't think you can back flush e30 rads though can you???
I would try thermostat first.
