I have same brake set up and the brake bias is way to much to the front, how do you find yours?
Putting bias valve in rear line will only reduce rear brake effect more???
let us know what your is like
I meant to ask what brake pads were you using ? You could run different front rear pad combinations to try and balance things out

Another thought !!
Is there not an inline restrictor just after the master cyl on the line which goes to the rears ? What about removing that and fitting a bias valve instead if so
Back to the build...
The interior is now completely stripped and cleaned with white spirit, as is the boot.
I have removed the dash and un bolted the fusebox to allow access to the bulkhead/strut top area.
There was a fair bit more soundproofing behind the dash which obviously got removed.
I did find a nasty bit of rust just above where the loom passes throught the bulkhead though

. oh well, nothing the welder wont fix I guess...
So I also weighed some of the bits which I removed out of interest. Weights are rough as I used some bathroom scales !
sport seat 23kgs ea
carpet 12kgs
sound deadening 10kgs
door cards, headlining and misc bits of plastic etc etc 15kgs
dash 8kgs
spare wheel, tools etc 15kgs
cd player, speakers, wires, aerial 5kgs
I make that roughly 100kgs gone so far and that is only the interior ! Dont forget I will be adding some weight back (cage, seats, harnesses, fire extinguisher kit.
But I will also continue to remove elsewhere - Bonnet, boot, gut the doors, lightweight windows, bumpers and supports etc...
On another note, my battery went flat !. No big deal right ?, well yes...
I jumped the car and drove it to the hose and left it running to charge while I gave it a scrub. Unfortunately it overheated severely (I dont think the fan cut in for some reason !?

). Anyway the engine has eaten its head gasket. Good job I have a spare but this made the "to do" list a lot bigger...
pics to follow...
