quick question i've got both an m30 and m10 maual gearboxs have read in a post that if the m10 box is used i can use an m20b20 prop with no modifications

Use M30 gearbox, box behind M10 can't take the torque for long.

what kind of power etc can the m10 box handle?

There's a guy in the states (goes by the username of Good and Tight on various forums) who was putting down near to 360bhp from a stock M10, with a stock gearbox and driveline, running on about 30psi of boost. So by the looks of that, a lot!
Not in E30s any more :(

depends how you intend to drive it. why not just change output flange on m30 box for m20 flange then use a m20 2.5 prop. :P

will it fit jaffro? i have a spare m20b20 and b25 prop sitting here would prefer to use the m30 box as i have a new clutch for it would an auto have a different prop?

yeh me a ric325i have just done the very thing a its perfect a saves the hassle of m3 or custom props and the cost

somebody must have just a front part of manual 2.5 prop they could donate to you thats near by. i gave my last 1 away 2 :cry:

is that the rubber part attached to the gearbox?

yeh mate its attached to the output flange with 3 bolts.
