your about million miles from knowing the answer.
And nobody will be able to answer you in a simple thread.
You need to read ALOT on turbocharging before you even think about anything more.
In honesty. 2 x HX30´s would rock on a M70.

Your best bet is to go to an expert in the field and throw money at him. On the other hand, if you're interested in learning to do it all for yourself you're going to need to do the reading that Gunni talks about. You'll need to learn about Engine Management systems as well.

Holset HX35
Designed primarily for 6 cylinder engines of 5.0 to 6.5 litre capacity, the Holset HX35 turbocharger has higher flow aerodynamics capable of providing up to 0.46 kg/s at 3.0:1 pressure ratio.
taken from holset website surely 2 of these would be ideal with mine bein a v12

wouldnt a twin turbo set up using 2 different size turbos be more usable? a smaller turbo to get you going from low revs before the bigger turbo kicks in to take you to the top end.
in my experience a quicker spinning low down acceleration based turbo is more usable everyday than one that doesnt start spinning until 3000rpm.

Yes but fuzzy we're talking to different banks here.
It would be good on a Inline engine. But I cant see it being on a V12.

hi im not to sure about turbos but i'll take on the smaller turbo idea the only thing is what i know of turbos they go into the airflow between the airfilter and inlet manifold i belive, wouldnt it be easier to just run two turbos the same size for each bank of cylinders bearin in mind that a twin turbo 5ltr v12 wont be my daily runner.

Nice !
I've just has an idea
Is the m70 the normal 750 motor ? If so ,buy one as they are cheap as chips. Then fit turbo and gubbins as you would an m20 2.5 but times 2 = powerfull engine
