anyone know where i can get stainless steel 90 degree 3" manderal bends from? my local shop said 45 quid each!
thought i might be able to get them a bit cheaper?
got quoted 600 pound for the exhaust an thats just strait out the wing with one resinator!

I got mine from Jetex, but I dont think they are mandrel bent. That said, there isnt a huge amount of distortion on either the 45 or 90 degree bends.

cheers, 600 quid is way too steep for an exhaust thats only about 2 foot long!!

Can just make one yourself from that site by the looks of it.

I scratch build a rear silencer for mine from sheet, perforated tube and glass wadding :D

it needs to be 4" round max to fit inbetween the turbo and inner arch, the exhaust exit will be at the front of the drivers side front wing

The jetex range is quite good. They do a nice selection of silencers and are not silly money.

O/T but went into colchester gk's today Dave.. Got a bit of a cheeky discount on exhaust piping as they only had the longer length of straight pipe :D

my downpipe is 3" so think it will need to be at least that big, as the whole system is only a couple of foot long, comes out the turbo does a u turn and comes out the side of the wing at the front, so i need a silencer that will fit under the bonnet inbetween the turbo and inner wing

If you can find a supply of 4" diameter tube, you could easily make your own dude!

Can make it exactly the right length that way too :D

i wil have silencer for sale soon winkeye

from jetex its 3 inch in and 2- 2.5 inch out.

i want a different one as this one is small.
