right I need to get a crank spacer made up for my m52 2.8 crank.
Now I have come up with the idea of cutting the end from a 325 crank and then getting it machined to fit the end of the m25 crank.
Do people think it will work ?

Yeah don't see why not, as long as the machinist takes a bit of time to make sure it's running concentric :)

M52 outer pulley machined was what I believe Andy used on the TBMW build. afterall, it will fit perfectly and only functions as a sealing face for the seal.

Cutting the crank and then machining would work, but cost far more I'd imagine.

It must be made from number 6. The pulleys dont look that wide.

Yup, that the bit I'm going to use on that crank. Luck my dad got a lathe :D

I dropped the pulley bit off at the machine shop today, will be ready friday costing me £15.
