As a couple of people know, I bought a 325i Sport yesterday from a good bloke Dan (Dodd on here).
It's got a cracked head, and the arches are a bit (not too bad though!!) rusty....He needed to get rid of it cos it was being stored at a garage, so I got it for a bargain price including a nice CD Head Unit and decent back speakers.
It's a 1990, Diamond Black on G reg. It's done 130,000 miles with fBMWsh up to just over 100k. All the book set is there! It's tidy inside, needs a new base on the drivers seat, and the carpet is worn on the passenger side. Bar that it's tidy inside. Most of the tool kit is still there, as is the tray with the triangle which is still there!
It's a light grey recaro interior, with M-Tech II wheel, 13 button OBC, tweeter pods, and all the usual Sport extras.
When I first saw it, it looked tidy, needed a wash, but it looked straight.
I managed to limp it most of the way home, then my mate came and towed me the rest of the way (In a 1.1 Pug 106!!), because I didn't want to melt the engine.
I hoovered it out today, and gave it a wash. If I had more time I would have polished/gone to town on it, but I have to go back to Brighton to do work!
Here are a couple of pics of it:

After my exams, I intend to find a new engine/head to make it right. Also sort out the rust on the arches and touch up the couple of bits which need doing.
I really like the car though, as some people know I had a pretty much identical one a couple of years back!
Anyway....what do you reckon?
Cheers,
Dave.
EDIT: Would be more pics, but I'm on dial-up
