if you have a local breakers, i found a rectangular vitara washer bottle is easy to fit to the (now lonely and empty looking) afm bracket with a simple ali plate bracket. i drilled a hole in the side and fitted the E30 level sender too :D

When I eventually get mine on the rollers I want to try the K&N cone that came with my donor car and a standard E32 air box and do a back to back comparison. Just to see for myself and settle the age old debate!

As for bonnet venting, there is always this quick, easy and free method!

I was pleasantly surprised to be honest mate yes :D
It didn't scare me or even come close but the term 'mildly moist' would be appropriate :)
I think the grin on our faces said it all 8) it goes VERY well, considering it was only a shakedown

I'm not fussed about stealth or pretty.
If it has any effect at all, it's a free mod! :D

And a 1 minute job to loosen 4 bolts and put it back! :D

Get it done then :P

Its a horses for courses thing then mate.
If performance was 'everything' then i would have a blower on there by now (or put a YB in there :) )but mine isn't at this present time an all out 'wring its neck' car its a comfortable, reasonably quick, stock looking E30 which is what i wanted 8)
I think i may run a duct from the exhaust manifold to the filter just to see what reaction that gets lol :P

Cheers Andy is there a bit of 'lag' between pressing the button and the screen actually getting wet though :)
I'm going to go have a play around with the original one to see if i can get it to fit with the airbox as being a lux it was too poverty to have the headlight washers and the bottle is smaller
