Stu is a wicked fella and is far from ripping anyone off, I cant belive you have put that down on the zone after the feedback stu gets on here.
I have only meet stu and the rest of the croydon massive cos of the zone and these fellas' are a wicked bunch, back off and before u cast aspursions about poeple find out about them first
i took my motor to stu about two hours after putting this post up and he has fixed it for me already so before anyone starts slagging off stu check his feed back and have one of these
no offence intended but no need for it really!
cheers stu!

lol....
powersteering problem ---> pump---> belt----> annoy stu----> rant----> women...
the route of all evil.
everything bad always leads back to women.. its like the action movie where the guy could just walk away,,,and be fine,, but needs to get the womens handbag from the burning house... gurgh, stupid!
if you need a new pump let me know,, iirc it wasnt too hard to replace.. well take off atleast, i got a spare from the breaker, by all means try it out,, if its good , we can sort out something,, if its not good, then just shift it back my way. reason i say is cos i had a bad noise when it was in full lock, thouigh certain it sounded like a screatching noise, more of a belt made noise then a pump made noise.
to neal:
my names neal, and im a big scary croydon boy, roarr!!!
that will scare Mr. BMW_Yard

No reason to slag stu off, my point was it's just so easy for people to miss the basics, I've been there and got the T shirt with dealers.BMW_YARD wrote:........stealers, renound for going for the most expensive bit first and forgetting the basics.......
stu WAS struggling for ideas on this problem and I just offered my advice

granted YARD. its always nice to get a second opinion! thats why theres 14 techs at my place, and not one!!
maybe it was just the way you typed it that got us a little wired up?! no offence taken! it was/still is the bloody pump!!
gonna look for a leak over the weekend, as chris is loosing fluid somewhere. i couldnt see any drips or leaks, so i reckon it might be in his rack!! OH DEAR!!!
anyway, lets all just be pals and hold hands and skip along in the fields!!!
