I need some serious advice!

My cab is lowered 40mm at the back and is sitting to high, however 60mm rubs way to much.

is there anything i can do lower it just by a litlle more maybe 10mm?

i know there are lowering caps for the front, but can anything be adjusted to bring it a bit lower?

HELP?

I am not sure where you can get these from. They fit on top of the spring so if you unwind them it with make the car sit higher and if you wind them up the car will sit lower.

Pre-load adjusters, effectively.

You can get different thickness spring rubbers, it's item 15 in the link below. these will fine tune your ride height.

bmw_yard : when i put my rear springs in, the original rubber was quite thin, so BMW offer thinner ones?

FK make some springs with adjustable platforms like those above... They don't use standard springs though - they come with springs to fit the platforms. I like em - means I can have the back of my car just how I like it :)
