Only electrics involved are removing the starter inhibit (disconnect two plugs from existing wiring, and plug together), and adding the little loom from the gear lever to the reverse light switch.
Some people say swap the ECU as well, but I've never had any probs withe the original.
PS:If you just change the box and flywheel, you'll find your prop is several inches short, and there's nothing under your left foot.

I did this conversion on a 318, other issues to consider. You can unbolt the pedal box from a manual car in the breakers in 1/2 hour £10 max, You will need the flywheel/spigot bearing, because the auto has a torque converter. You will need the propshaft of the 2.5 manual. The front springs on the auto are harder for the heavier transmision so you will need manual springs up front. And lastly the full clutch system pedal, master cylinder (get that with the pedal box) reservior, pipes, slave cylinder, pressure plate, drive plate, thrust bearing...done. I got a deal from my regular breakers at £100 for everthing, me doing the stripping. As it turns out I have a gearbox for a six pot and slave :)

320 stuff can be used in place of 325, but is supposed to be slightly weaker.
Lose the caps lock, please!
