Where can I get one of these babies from?
It's time to swap my rear bearings.

you dont need one fella !
got a V large lump hammer ?
you'll need a 30mm socket to drive the output flange out of the hub, then a 36mm socket to drive the bearing out of the housing
use the old bearing to knock the new ones in, saves damaging the new
the rest is nuts and bolts dude.
Lots of WD40, works for me

foot long 1/2 inch extension bar is the ace in the hole though, also, to get better access, you may need to drop the rear box a tad
