Where can I get them from? Would they make an improvement in handling over the m-tech kit (bearing in mind this is a 318iS not a 325).

I realise it won't be as comfortable as the standard stuff but it'll look better.

Or could coilovers be adjusted to be just as comfortable?

Dom going in Karan's sport on sat at the meet, his has H&R cup kit and i would say the ride difference is no worse than m-tech, as you can still feel all the lumps and bumps with an m-tech set up

You mean the coil overs? Someone on the 'old' zone has them and said they were the good, I think it was Dale??

Im looking at the H&R height adjustable kit and the KW height and damping adjustable kit, it is a lot of money but I would like the set up too.

I would like the fact you could have your car lower than a whore's nickers when you want! And then for everyday driving have it so you can got over speed humps and park up kerbs and not worry about losing the middle silencer!

Beware...

I've got FK coilovers on mine... supposed to lower between 30-85mm - Great! I thought...

Back only went as low as 50mm, and the front you can't really get any lower than 60mm as the inside of the tyres on standard BBS's rub on the spring, and the top of the inner arch under braking...

Research it thoroughly...

Giles.
