This problem is in no way made easier by the fact that I'm in Dublin, and the car is in Tamworth - however - some ideas might help!
Car hasn't been started in a few years - whole interior was out for a retrim. Most of it is reassembles now - but the car won't start. Guy doing to retrim thought the alarm was causing the problems - but I don't think it is for a few reasons. Namely - he never disconnected any of it, and its arming and disarming without any issue.
The car is cranking fine - just not starting (it wouldn't crank if the alarms immobiliser was kicking in). Fuel pump is not priming when key is turned to pos 2, but fuel relay is clicking fine when powered - and the fuel pump does prime when the appropriate terminals are crossed. Car also has the OBC immobiliser in place - but I think that wouldn't cause an issue unless a code has somehow been set, and with the battery having been disconnected a few times - I think any code would have been long wiped.
Any ideas of best places to continue checking??
Non starting issues!

Have you tried going through the WIKI flow chart?
Most alarms cut fuel pump as well as ignition so it may be partly to blame. An old Brian Moore trick is to jump the fuel pump direct from the battery. I have done that on a couple of mine with dicky immobilisers. Fuel pumps don't like standing so if it is not priming then I would say that is likely your problem. Try the hammer trick see if you can free it. Are you getting fuel pressure at the rail?
