e30 windscreen washers blocked

hi, when i use the windscreen washers, water comes out only from the right hand side, the left hand side is blocked, any idea how to fix this?

Needle / pin in the hole! 
If that doesn't work, check the pipe's properly connected to the jet & it's not pi$$ing water out of a valve or anything...
