Hi im looking for to replace my speedo sensor which is located on the rear diff I can't seem to find it on real oem can anyone help

Are you sure its the sensor? They rarely give issues, it's more likely the wiring from the plug. Brianmooore will give a better explanation, but the copper in the wire hardens over time and starts to breakdown.
The usual fix is to the replace a length of the wire (20-30cm or so) from the plug. An E30 headlight plug and wiring can be used and is likely in better condition as it hasn't spent a 25+ years under the car lol
Another issue can be a dry joint on the back of the cluster, if the odometer still works when the Speedo doesn't, it's likely this is the problem.
