I have heard that wheel wobble at around 50/60 can be caused by the disks being slightly warped and that can be difficult to fix even in balancing the wheels. I may be wrong but hopefully that helpsarrisbmw wrote:Hi All got a problem car steering wheel wobbles quite badly at 55- 60 mph, seems to nearly go at 70-75. anyone got any ideas.

I think that for the discs to be causing a noticeable wobble at that speed, the calipers would have to be binding and probably wear in the ball joints too.
I would be checking all the perishable suspension components first, calipers second, discs third.

These are sensations as hard to forget as they are to ignore.....
