Remove the valves and clean both the valve stems and guides (blow them through with an airline, etc.), then try the valves in them again - if they slide up and down smoothly with no side play then the guides are probably OK.

But does the seal do anything with the oil in the cylinders or?

Worn valve guides (or valve stem seals) may indeed cause some oil to drop down into the cylinders.

it was very little play in the valve guides so do you think i just can change the stem seals and clean and grind the valves?

Possibly. Might be best to take it to a machine/engineering shop or decent garage and get them to inspect it...

yes im going to take it to a machine shop. And after that it should start but thanks for all the help :D

Today i got the head back from the machine shop and 5 valves was bend 8O But now that is fixed so the head is like brand new. And i think that it was the timing thats was off a little that caused it so im gonna correct it when i put it back togheter.
