Hi all, I feel this is a silly question I wanna remove my touring sideskirts am I right in thinking it's just drill out the two pop rivets at the rear then pop off the clips from the rear towards the front?

Push the centre pins through the pop rivets with a small parallel punch. No drilling required.
Clips along the sill are a sort of ratchet design and need to be 'released' to remove them. Close inspection of one should show you how to do this.

Sorry the side skirts are not for sale as there my only pair, after info of removal so I can fix a previous owners shit job at welding looks like they covered the rust with under seal then welded plate over the top!
Thanks Brian for the tip if I punch them out does that mean I can reuse them again?

They a two part plastic expanding rivet. Work like a raw plug in the wall with a screw in it.
Push the centre out and use a flat blade to lever the rivet out. If you retrieve the centre part can be reused or plenty can be bought ebay.
