Hi, I searched and searched. Googled and found some info but not much.

Can you reuse the OEM rod and crank bolts? Also, what are the torque specs?

Nope, deffo not supposed to re-use them.

Torque specs should be in here somewhere?

Thanks dude, I seen that site but was not sure how trustworthy it was that's all. I know the Bentley manual does not cover the bottom end at all
