My clutch pedal on sport has decided to stay on floor!

Pressed it in to start and it won't pop back up.

Could it be as simple as a cable needs putting back in place ? Didn't have a torch to hand couldn't check as in garage can't open drivers door fully to have proper look

Thanks for any help /advice

It will be hydraulic related, or possibly something broke on the pedal.

I'd guess at the slave being buggered, it's usually the case. It's always advised to change the slave and master at the same time.

But until you've had a look you won't know.

First thing to do is open the bonnet and check if there's any fluid in the reservoir.
