Have you checked the pump relay?

Welcome to the Zone!

Assuming you have sufficient fuel in the tank, you could try spraying some carb/brake cleaner or Eazi-start down the throttle body while cranking the engine over.

Hi, tested the car with easy start and it fired up start away, so I pulled the fuel line off before injection rail and cranked engine and it came out slowly but constant, does this indicate I need a new fuel pump?

Very likely. It's fuel pressure, rather than flow, that's required by the engine, so see if you can easily stop the flow by blocking the pipe with your finger while cranking.
It could be a problem with a poor connection somewhere along the poer feed to the pump, but a duff pump is more likely.
