Ok so i've used two drivers side e30 mounts with an e36 a/c rad, thing is it's only just touching the mounts on both sides using the stock e30 rubber feet.

I could probably find a work around but i'm confused as to why it doesn't fit properly.

Anyone know what's going on.

I'm also wondering what gearbox linkage bracket i need to be using, my car was originally a 318i auto, now it has an e36 ZF box.

If you are using the e36 ZF box, you need to use the linkage from that gearbox as well. Not an e30 one.

Yeah i'm using the e36 linkage there's just nothing on the car at the moment to attach it to.

Seams the standard one from a manual e30 will work just fine.
