My car is makeing a banging nose when I go over bumps.

Sounds like it's comeing from the front drives side wheel not sure thow.

I changed both front strut top mounts and all the ball joints on both front wishbones have also bin changed.

It needs the trailing arm bushes need changing on thwr back gona do that next month.

Is some one could give me some advice on what it could be please.

if its more of a knocking noise rather than banging anti roll bar link road possibly?

have a look underneath and pull on the arb to see if there any play in it

Had a loud banging from the front of an E30 once that turned out to be a worn manual steering rack. Don't think a power rack could wear that badly without leaking though.

I had this problem on mine. I changed just about everything bush and suspension related until I changed the dampers themselves. Problem solved!

Used to make a horrible knocking over bumps you could actually feel come through the steering wheel.

PS Dampers showed no signs of leaking and passed the old rebound test no problem.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be a worn shock absorber. But by the time I had worked that out I had replaced the control arm and other odds and ends.

The damper knock might have been the piston on the damper breaking free from the shaft, this creates slack between the piston and the shaft and causes them to slap together on the change of direction (compression to rebound)
