brought a e30 thats been sat for some time got it running fine but the diff has got a leak.When i try and do wheelspin the car just lots of rev jumping im sure il have to sort the clutch out but the diff with such a leak can i replace the seals etc and do diff fail or will i most likely need to replace it if the clutch doest do the job

I've taken the liberty of editing what I think you are trying to say into English.

From the sounds of it, the clutch is your main problem here, however a leaking diff isn't ideal. If it is an LSD it would probably be more economical to repair, however non LSD's can be picked up quite cheap so I would be more inclined to source a known good one rather than fannying around with new seals

Depends which diff. seals are leaking. Output seals are easy; input seal is a bit more complicated.

cheers Ross and Brian its for a 2.5 sport mtec 2 the seals input and output seals how much would i most likey spend ? would the diff be ok after that or am i better of replacing the unit with a good one.What sort of price would you think i could get a good unit :D

If it's a Sport, then it should have a LSD (although they've been known to go 'missing' over the years.) If it's never been rebuilt, then the LS part of the diff. is likely to be very worn by now, and in need of a rebuild, as do most second hand ones you may be offered. As part of the rebuild, the seals and input bearing are likely to be replaced anyway.
Gareth on here offers a rebuild service for the zone.
