m52 auto to manual conversion

apart from the box,flywheel and clutch is there anything else that needs adding/changing to complete the conversion?.

Hey man, my M52 was an auto and i converted to manual. That's it, although it meant my flywheel has no (manual-specific) spreader plate to go behind the bolts on the flywheel - Danthe managed to sort me one, You may have one but worth mentioning :)

Is your car auto too, or just the m52 engine?

it's just the engine i'm using has come out of an auto.

I think you also need to fit a spigot bearing if the engine was previously an auto

it's a 5 speed box out of a 328i,where does the spigot bearing go?.
