Update

BMW Dealer (BMW Park Lane Battersea) did Visual Health Check and I collected some New Genuine BMW Parts which were ordered.

Visual Health Check

Image

The BMW LSD back plate of the casing has broken front the Powerflex LSD Bush. There is mark where has scraped the road.

New Genuine BMW Z3 M LSD back plate of the casing and New Genuine BMW Z3 M LSD Bush are being ordered.

Since you are intending to drift it, and you have already ripped apart a single eared diff mount, you should consider upgrading to an e36 dual ear mount to save further expense/damage.

Has it not tweaked something else (rear frame maybe?)? As it's way out of alignment there

BMW Dealer just rang me all the parts (BMW Z3 M) have arrived but they are not allowed to fit them as they are not an exact replacement for the E30 even thought the BMW Park Lane Classic Parts guy recommended them.

Fix the problem pony, you are putting more torsional force through the single mount than it was designed for (40% lock up diff will be putting much more strain on the mount than a 25% lock up diff will). Combined with your new found love for doughnuts in residential areas/desires to go drifting, and the stiffer bush transferring more of the torsional forces to the mount, it could well happen again.

Is that the fragment of diff casing lying in the middle of the road, just down from the Merc?

Sure. Tbh, the diff support bracket doesn't really look beefy enough to take the weight of the much bulkier diff - not the best bit of design in the world.

Unlikely, he's going from a stupid polly diff mount to a sensible Z3M rubber mount. If that can handle 330 odd bhp and 240 off lbft from and S54 Z3M then it will be fine in pony's wheezy 325i.

Upon bss325i and PacerPete recommendation I am having BMW Z3 M Coupe LSD cover, New Genuine BMW Z3 M Coupe bolts and BMW E30 LSD gasket. BMW Dealer won't fit because of red tape.

I bought the watch in 2009 as a reward for reading the whole course CA1 Actuarial Risk Management which takes 400 hours to pass 2x 3 hour exams. The pass rate is 48%.

Oh, please, whiterhino - the watch may be unbelievable, but at least it won't attract the level of attention the shirts would.

The clothes maketh the man. I'm sure the bitches love a man dressed like that because It so obviously says class. :)
