Good you Chris, its an involved repair but really just alot of nuts and bolts and some good welding and the correct protection afterwards for a lasting repair which will add to the value as the job is done. I'd rather be doing that than a load of nasty electrical repairs where some arsehole had fitted an alarm and bodged up ice installs etc

Black on red epic, i saw an estoril one this week. I can't remember the last time i saw on the roads, looked as good as ever.

This place is full of good advice on all things BMW :D

Such cool fun cars! :)

That boot floor is proper!!

Is the plan to get it fixed in time for late summer? They aren't the most pleasant things to drive in winter.

So these have a similar issue to the E46 with boot floor cracking?

Totally different floor/axle mounting design but they crack for the same reason.

Reddish Motorsport do a kit for the E46, maybe they do one for the Z3 too?

Very cool car. Serious handful on a wet day.

Chris , if you were a proper Zoner, you would go around to the sellers gaff with a Zone posse and an4lly gape the coooont until he coughed up the price of a clutch Job . Obviously you would post pics of the deed to satisfy the baying masses and Gert / Ross / Rav :)

Sh1t happens with old turdz, though it is bad luck for it to happen on the way home from collecting one :( On a positive note, at least your carpets are dry and your bulkhead is intact :D

You're only about ten miles North of Pompey!

You should know what the 657 crew is.
