Good you Chris, its an involved repair but really just alot of nuts and bolts and some good welding and the correct protection afterwards for a lasting repair which will add to the value as the job is done. I'd rather be doing that than a load of nasty electrical repairs where some arsehole had fitted an alarm and bodged up ice installs etc
Black on red epic, i saw an estoril one this week. I can't remember the last time i saw on the roads, looked as good as ever.

That boot floor is proper!!
Is the plan to get it fixed in time for late summer? They aren't the most pleasant things to drive in winter.

Reddish Motorsport do a kit for the E46, maybe they do one for the Z3 too?

Chris , if you were a proper Zoner, you would go around to the sellers gaff with a Zone posse and an4lly gape the coooont until he coughed up the price of a clutch Job . Obviously you would post pics of the deed to satisfy the baying masses and Gert / Ross / Rav
Sh1t happens with old turdz, though it is bad luck for it to happen on the way home from collecting one
On a positive note, at least your carpets are dry and your bulkhead is intact
