How do I reset my rear bumper and front bumper

The backs lower than it should be.
The sides are lower than the rest of it.

if this is a facelift car then the runners the bumper sit on use eccentric holes I think , which can be adjusted to get a neat fit.

Where are the holes?
Yes it is a facelift.
The backs fine just the sides not. It's to low atm

take the bumper off and look at the slider brackets at the side, they can be adjusted

For the rear, 2 large bolts - star shaped fittings - under the rear panel

On the main long section, on front either sides of the number plate, look of the hole on the under side of the bumper. And similar area on the rear.

Torx T55 bolts or T45 or T50 one of the three, undo and pull off

T55 Torx headed bolts. Soak them in wd40 or similar 24 hrs in advance, try and pull the bolt down as it's being loosened and use a 1/2 drive T55 socket, I broke three 3/8 drive T55s in a month.
