E36 radiator in pre-facelift chromie

As the mounts are in a different place on a pre-facelift car its not the same, I just space up the rubber feet by about 15mm and put a nut/bolt through themJ90rdn wrote:Anyone have any advice on how to fit an e36 aircon rad in a pre facelift chromie? This is how the e36 rad sits at the top - no brackets

This is the bottom of the e36 rad - no brackets

This are the mounting points I have

1987 316 pov spec, upgraded to M52B28
My prefacelift has an M20 fitted with an E36 aircon rad, can just make out the clamp Dan has posted in the pic below. I just raised the rad using some old head bolt washers under the rubber mounts but on top of the tabs on the front panel;
