Should be simple enough to simulate a (fixed) speed signal to keep the ECU happy.

I expect the signal is a square wave of some sort. 'Scope what's on your other car, and build a simple generator to replicate it.
A lot of LPG conversion ECUs have a built in square wave generator to simulate a correct lambda sensor signal to keep the engine ECU happy.

I dont think the S50 needs speed signal, ive worked on a few E36's where either the wires have been missing or the speedo hasnt been working at all and it hasnt caused any running problems

hope i could run it without a speed signal because i am using stack display system for most of my engine, speed info, so what wires do i need to make the engine run with out a dash, speed signal ect.

Big red to battery +, big brown or brown/orange to earth, ignition switched 12v+ to green, 12v+ starter switched to brown/yellow, green/purple is power out to the fuel pump, and the EWS gubbins will also need powering up.
