This looks fairly similar to my one which i pulled out of a skip.
To fit mine i had to weld in another cross member under the car between the rear valance and the spare wheel well.
I then offered up the towbar so as the flat plate sat infront of the rear valance and drilled through the valance,through the new cross member,and through the spare wheel well.
The rest of the towbar,meaning the long piece, sat undernieth the spare wheel well and i drilled and bolted to that.
TBH,it's a little brutal and i wouldn't recomend doing unless your planning on keeping the car as some people may not like it.
