There's one in the Wiki...

There's definitely a pic somewhere of the whole subframe with the pipes on, but it's not in the Wiki.

One of the snags of an M50/52 conversion is finding a new home for the power steering fluid thingy.
Often wondered if mounting it where the coil used to be on 'proper' engined E30's would be better/easier?
This would mean a complete re-think on how the plumbing would run,of course.
My solution with my touring was to weld the ex-E34 bracket to the slam panel above the l/h headlight, but this means that the headlight rear trim panel will not fit!

Most people mount them to the N/S E36 engine mounting arm and I think that is how he designed his pipes to work too ? The E36 already has the bracket.daimlerman wrote:One of the snags of an M50/52 conversion is finding a new home for the power steering fluid thingy.

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Snag to having the thing down there is trying to fill it without getting Dextron all over every thing else that's mounted above it.This is why mine is on the slam panel, but as above, that's far from perfect...but there's a gap about the right size just aft of the screenwash bottle/s....
