A very small amount of 'superglue' on the broken end of your broken key handle and you may be lucky, but I doubt it. Otherwise, its take the door card off, and remove the handle. There's sufficient tools in the toolkit in the boot to do this!
As long as all of the 'working' part of the key is in the lock, the barrel should be removable from the lock, and then you can tease the broken bit out.
Note that if you had bothered to sort the central locking out, this problem wouldn't have happened! A stitch in time, etc.

Tools shouldn't really be a problem when removing the door card and lock barrel. You only need a star and flat headed screw driver and about 20mins.

Managed to get the broken bit of key out using a whole load of patience, some dentist tools and a pair of long nose pliers. So if that happens to anyone else in future, they are the 3 things your going to need.
