I need to remove one of my headlight wipers so that I can remove the grille to replace a one way valve.

I've removed the tiny nut at the end of the wipers, sprayed on a load of WD40, been questioned by the plod about what I'm doing 8O and can't shift the wipers.

Am I missing something obvious???

Help!

Fi :D

They are on a splined rod, and will pull off though you may have to yank at it a bit.

Essex plod are meanies, and gave me 9 points on my licence when I had my first E30, back in the early '90s. I had to sell it and revert to my Minor Traveller. :(

Well done. :) They can be a right pain, those little valves in the E30's washer system.
