I like working with white E30s, I found that the paint finish was very good, that first outing with the T Cut is pretty time consuming and hard work, but once thats done, the rest is kids play, just keep using the AutoGlym super resin and extra gloss protection, then next time you want to polish it, it'll take half the time it did the first time.
I bought a 325 M tech 1 in white which had been sitting for month, however after I finished with it, it looked the nuts!
Reds another ball game all together... my e36 is a bitch to get looking good, one door has been painted before which needs a bit more work.
I always find I get a better result from Non metallic colours tho.
