Well its got an M50 manifold so rules that way out but good call on the ECU number.rich318i wrote:if the manifolds not been swaped about from standard. it be stamped on that. 2.5, 2.8. but not easy to see with it on the car
not sure about the ECU part number if that can tell you but with a try but you have to ring up a main dealers or check realoem.com and cross ref the number

Reading your first post - on the block at the rear of the engine, passenger side there is a casting lump with engine capacity stamped on.

Its got what looks like an early 7 series remote set up fitted.
It certainly operates but discs and pads look like they are about to disintigrate.
