Passenger side of the car is absolutely fine, as is the roof (sunroof is fine too). Floor is ok. To be honest, the bodywork is by no means perfect, but I didn't buy it for the bodywork really. I'm a post-grad student with very little time or money at the moment so unsure whether it's viable to carry on with the old turd!

When you say it is fine, I assume you removed the inner trim panel and the sill cover etc ? If the drivers side rear is the only serious rust on your car (it won't be) it is not reason enough to frag it. A competent welder / fabricator should be able to get that strong and tidy for a few hundred quid.HJG-E30 wrote:Passenger side of the car is absolutely fine, as is the roof (sunroof is fine too). Dont hold back Barry eh...............bss325i wrote:Also, when an E30 has the square pad delete it looks molested and shit imo.
Ill tell you one thing, it will never rust through there again, no rust trap anymore as thats what those pads amount too........
Id wager that if you took those pads off yours barry you will 100% find some rust lurking.

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
