Anyone tried this on a e30 I assume it's probably better on not so old cars and not ones where sensors etc are worn due to general age and use?

Dan, If you already think they're a pair of mongs wait till you see the trailer on Discovery for their new series, dressed up as Teddyboys dancing over a red wolsey - What a pair of Coonts.............Discovery should copy Go Compare with their "How to kill the Tennor " and start inviting viewers to decide how Brewer snuffs it - I recon the Zone could come up with a few good suggestions winkeye

Ed China: "And we've almost HALVED the carbon monoxide content!"

Having seen the E30 episode where Ed sprays a bonnet with a couple of rattle cans of primer before sending it off for a professional respray, I wouldn't trust that fop-haired monkey an inch.

Yep, monkeys does spring to mind when I see these two. Hadn't seen it in years. Then dug out the episode with an E30 on. Went on about huge power gains from an induction system and sourcing pattern parts. Makes me have my doubts...

Diesel oil is a far better more gentle way to clean the engine out over many miles rather than dislodging everything all at once.
Have actually heard of engines leaking like sives and blocking always with grunge after treatments similar to this.

Completely different though, this doesn't touch the oil / oilways. it's really just a high strength injector cleaner mixed with fuel which they plumb directly into the fuel rail.

I think for the money i'd rather have my injectors properly cleaned and serviced.

Without seeing independent before and after borescope pictures I'm massively skeptical about the stuff cleaning the combustion chamber, valves, lambda sensors etc.
cheers,

harry

Ohhhh its that one, my bad.
As you say still not worth it, send them to injection tune.
