What should I look out for engine wise and what should or needs to be done with this sort of mileage on m20 engine.

If it's been looked after at all, there shouldn't be a lot wrong with it at a mere 190k, but if the head's coming off for any reason, exhaust valve guides probably ought to be replaced, the valves faced up, and their seats lightly recut.

Same thing for all engines; full service of oil change, coolant, filters and spark plugs, and check condition of distributor cap and rotor. Confirm in the fsh that the cambelt has been done.

Then pay attention for leaks from the sump gasket at the back, as well as the condition of the rubber pipework around the intake system for air leaks. If all that checks out, have the injectors removed and sent off to Injectortune for cleaning, and take off the rocker cover and clean the oil spray bar with petrol.
