Polsta has had some wheels powdercoated and posted the results on here.

He's down your way isn't he?

If you can't get hold of Polsta (don't think he's on here much at the moment) give Vernon a try at the Wheel Specialist in Segensworth : http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/loc ... ham-hants/

He did the wheels on my E63 and the finish was superb. I think it cost about £75 a wheel as they were 19's and pretty wrecked.

Funnily enough I was enquiring about this yesterday. We use a powder coating company in Curridge near Newbury called Pro Coat, £40 a wheel and the finish is spot on, any colour you like, when I get back from Germany my BBS are going in for a refurb, they really only do the wheels and stuff as a side line as most of their work is high end architectural. Process includes shot blast, degreasing, etch prime then powder coat is the last stage.

K&N Finishers in Portchester / Port Solent. I've had a couple of sets of wheels blasted and powder coated there and they've been very good both times. Charge is £120-150 per set of 4 depending on wheel size and finish required.

EDIT: These are the wheels they've done for me as an example...
