The other side was not as bad, mainly where the inner arch met the outer arch.

This side is bad because whoever had the car before me covered it all up with filler.....

Rear bumper removal:

Is it just the two torx bolts that hold on the rear bumper or are there some other clips ?

Also check the fittings at the top of the wheelarch where the breather "bottle" fits to and the mountings for the filler neck.
