Morning all,
I'm cleaning up the Wiki, and the M20 page is looking a little sparse:
http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/index.php/M20
If any one of you have some info that you think ought to be there, or can see errors (like hp figures, for example), then say it here and I'll make ammendments
M20 Wiki page - complete?

Well, the M20 page is growing somewhat, but I still need contributions. Parts, faults, niggles, quirks and guides; anything you know.

Coolant flow is regulated by the thermostat, which is controlled by the ECU based on readings from the temperature sensor.
When the temperature is correct, the ECU opens the thermostat to allow coolant to flow to the radiator.
This I believe is incorrect, The two temperature sensors are for the ECU and temp guage on the dash, the thermostat opens and closes itself according to the coolant temperature, the ECU has no control over the thermostat.

Yea, thermostats have no link to the ECU. Just read up that it's as simple as wax melting that opens the thermostat

I can give access to anyone who wants it; you just have to ask for a username and password by PMing me (including what you'd like your password to be). You'll then be able to log in and add info. I will only amend your spelling mistakes
I've updated the M20 page with the new info. Thanks HairyScreech.
