Place the new bushes in a bag & then the freezer the night before starting work.
First drive up onto car ramps.( Rear end
Place trolly jack under the middle of the subframe to take the weight & loosen the 2 coller nuts ( 1 each side )about 6 turns, do not remove. To remove the 2 Knurled bolts ( 1 each side ) you will have to use a large hammer ( well i did ) untill thay move. Then remove the nuts & the bolts. Remove the 4 push rod bolts & pushrods. Let down the trolly jack so that the subframe just hits your exhaust. Now it should be posible to place the extraction tool in place to remove the bush. You may have to help pull down the subframe.
If like mine the ally rod has snaped inside the car bodywork you will have to drill 1 side of the ally bush & the using a chisel remove the rest of the bush ( BIG THANK'S TO DAVE T ). Coat the new bushes in car wax & fit to subframe. Lift subframe & fit Knurled bolt, push rods & nuts. Hope that helps. Any questions just ask.
