318is discs ..Help needed

i just noticed my 1990 318is discs are badly scored and need to be replaced .Are these the same as regular 318i discs or do they take a different disc ??
Also, are they difficult to replace .. ? is there a link with instructions ? .. much appreciated ..tks

They should be the same as 325i discs.

They are very easy to replace. But if they disc is scored you should probably be replacing the pads at the same time.

Anytime you change discs you should replace the pads!
