If you dont like someones car dont bother to comment on it is what i say. Too many on here think that people should change their cars to suit them, its not on.
If you post pics of your car on an open forum surely then its fair game.
You cant expect that just cos its your car people will lick your ass.
I personally dont care what anyone else thinks of my car. I know its how i want it and i know its Mint.
I get possitive comments mostly apart from Rav but he is special, i dont care weather people like it or not. I like it.
If your car doesnt get the responce you wanted, chin up.
Thats my opinion anyway
Yeah, if you post your car up then its open for anyone to comment, but the problem seems to be people dont know how to comment.
A car either gets praised or absolutely slated.
If you dont like what someone has done, you can always tell them in a constructive way or just keep it to yourself. Its one thing to say 'sorry but I think you should take those eyebrows off' (eyebrows was just an example before anyone takes offence

), but as above, most comments seem to be 'that looks shite, you must be a retard'.
Dezzy (sorry, Im gunna pick on you) - IMO I think you should lose the chrome, theres a white pre-facelift I see some days with black bumpers and a few other bits and it looks mean as hell.
I think thats much better than saying 'your car looks like a pile of.........' and much less likely to start an argument as jaymos said.
If a newbie posts his pride and joy up and a seasoned regular replies with 'ooh, nice bit of council scrap', hows the newbie meant to take it? He is new, and probably wont realise that the comment is meant in jest (hopefully), so its hardly surprising when they fire a comment back and it all kicks off.
A bit of thought from everyone about their posts and some respect for the other Zone users, regardless of how long they have been registered or size of the post count, would be a nice thing around here.
