I have seen a few cars with bonnet pins holding the bumpers/body kit on. just wondering how people have done this and if anyone has pics of a tec2 kit like this it would be much appreciated

You can get e30 bumpers off fairly quick anyway if the bolts are just nipped up tight,

Undo two bolts and it will slide off, in under a minute i reckon.

With 2 people, the splitter comes off in 1 minute, 2 minutes if doing by yourself..

If you do make something like this. We found it easiest to have the locating/supporting tabs on the side of the splitter which locate in the brackets on the side of the car (in front of the wheel). The front bumper also has a tab that locates into the same bracket on the car.

It will make your world a lot easier when putting the splitter on/off.

i was thinking of using the stock side mount points as if im remembering correctly you just slide it on, may be wrong on that though
